With the development of an area and the incensement of population then the area will give an opportunity for a new business. The hospital will be constructed on Village of Cipacing, Sub district of Jatinangor, Regency of Sumedang with land area of 22 hectare which has rapid growth as development of some universities, extension of some main roads, real estate development in 5 – 8 km radius also development of some industries. Besides that, with the number of current hospital is 2 hospitals then the area shall be a perfect spot for health needs fulfillment. The method that used to analyze the feasibility study of this hospital planning contain of market and marketing aspect, technical and technology aspect, human resource aspect, and financial aspect. Market and marketing aspect is a study about defining the market and the choosing of the marketing mix with 4P method that also contain hospital’s services demand estimation as long as the project age which is 20 years. Technical and technology aspect is a study of the hospital’s operational units, the equipment that needs for running the hospital, and the block plan design for the hospital. Human resource aspect shall knowledge us with the hospital’s organization structure and their job description also the estimation of number of workforce that should be paid for running the hospital. Financial aspect will give us a view about origin of capital, value of money that should be invested at this plan, operational cost, income, financial evaluation that should be calculated is NPV (Net Present Value) and Payback Period, and sensitivity analysis as the ending. The hospital planning is state of feasible if achieved the feasibleof all the aspect, especially financial aspect. This plan has NPV value for Rp 311.500.757.699 and the Payback Period is between 11 and 12 year. For the conclusion, the hospital planning is feasible because the value of NPV > 0 and the value of Payback Period is lesser than the project age. |
