Research conducted at PT. Acset Indonusa aims to evaluate the working postures of construction workers by using methods of Reba will known risk level of the working posture. In addition, supporting research carried out by identifying the worker grievances through Nordic Body Map Questionnaire and Bloswick Model. From the questionnaire will be known to the complaints that frequently occur and also complaints that there is in each worker during the work. Bloswick of this model will be evaluated based on the aspects of working posture biomechanics, the results will be known to load at L5-S1 to be compared with the limit load of 700 lb given. If the load exceeds the need to immediately
make changes, because it would be dangerous for workers.
Based on research by 10 employees with 6 types of jobs for 5 working days Hartono, Martha, Cahyono, and Adih are at high risk levels with Reba value of 8.57; 8.58; 8.48 and 7.73. While workers Dadang, Udin, Ache, Icha, Irianto and Liswono yield levels category with Reba value 7.49; 7.14; 7.02; 6.52; 5.83 and 4.27. Nordic Body Map questionnaires filled complaints based on interviews of workers before and after work gained increasing workers' complaints at all this can be evidenced by the average value of all worker complaints increased after work and also through the use of the test statistic is T-Test result reject H0 means that there are increasing complaints among workers before work after work that is proved by the results of 2 tailed Sig <0.025.
