This research aims to create an anthropometric base data for teenager at 12-15 years old in DKI Jakarta. The samples are Junior High School students of 411 samples that consist of 205 samples of boy and 206 samples of girl. Data that was collected contain of identity data and easurement data. There are 38 static body dimensions that will be measured on this research, consist of 12 dimensions in standing position, 18 dimensions in sitting position, 2 dimensions of head segment, 3 dimensions of hand segment, 2 dimensions of foot segment, and 1 dimension of weight. Signification test was tested to gender, age group, and ethnic subpopulation. The
signification test result that indicated mean difference significantly is the signification
test to the gender subpopulation.
The data base on this research present about the sample size, mean, standard deviation,
and percentile of 1 %, 5 %, 10 %, 50 %, 90 %, 95 %, and 99 %. This anthropometric data base can be used for industrial design. |
