PT. Amarta Mustika Teknik established since1995 is one of private company in interior and office furniture. The owners is Mr. Joehanda lihar that owns stock 98 % in the PT. Amarta Mustika Teknik. In 1998, company have a change to focus for partition and furniture for product. Nowadays, to face business competition si not easy, because of that, company performance must be increase continually to keep the existentin industrial world. Company’s performance can be identify by productivity rating that got by measurement process. The degradation of productivity was predicted by the high of product reject quantity in cutting station. To find the factor that causing of degradation productivity exactly, OMAX method that possible to do the planning activity, measurement, assessment and to increase productiviy in the same times. This measurement was consist by ten chosen criterions, such as reject product reduction, rework product reduction, scrap product reduction, labor use efficiency, material use efficiency, production capacity optimalization, working hout optimalization, total absent hour reduction, overtime reduction, and absenteesm reduction. The measurement results conclude the productivity indexes that achieved since measurement period january =86.83 %, February = 68.82 %, March = 82.64 %, April = 112.21 %, May = 111.21 %. Based on the analysis result, known the first criteria is being prioritized to be repaired. The improvement using FMEA method and the suggestion are doing machines inspection, sparepart repairs, decide the work procedur, setting machines.
