Education management is concerned with all human activity in schools and is widely recognised as the most important tool to form the school as an ongoing organisation. School management helps schools to maintain the processes of teaching and learning. Teaching involves considerable knowledge of management since a lack of it may lead the teachers to run their school unsuccessfully and to fail in their task of managing it as efficiently and effectively as possible.
