There are criterions to meet as a respondent, which are the student has passed Industrial Statistic I and Industrial Statistic II Class and is taking or has passed Industrial Statistic and Decison Making Practice Usability Testing is held by giving 7 nonparametric problems to be done and preference questionnaires to be filled by the respondent. The data is divided into two parts, performance data and preference data. Performance data is used to measure effectiveness and efficiency while preference data is used to measure satisfaction level. Based on the result, by overall SPSS is best for effectiveness while Minitab is best for efficiency. But there are no differences in user satisfaction. |
