PT Surya Toto Indonesia is having a problem that there are no productivity measurement to represent level of company productivity and a right method to measure and analyze partial productivity of the company. The purposes of the experiment are to evaluate the level of productivity which reached by the company so far, measure the
productivity with using fuzzy logic model, and give the recommendation for company to increase its productivity in the future.
The experiment uses partial productivity method with fuzzy logic model. The method was choosen because very simple and flexible to apply. Output of productivity measurement with fuzzy logic is more realistic to give a satisfy output than other approch which use so far.
The result of the experiment is we know that with smaller input variable and bigger output variable, the company productivity is bigger. Besides that, we also know that the company productivity increases and decreases from 2007 until 2009 cause of material factor, labour factor, and energy factor. From the output of validation, we also
know that productivity measurement with fuzzy logic same with the true productivity. |
