This article is rooted in the spirit of dissidence. As such, its intention is to provoke reaction, to prompt discussion based on the re-evaluation of the assumptions in which much of the present understanding of ‘leadership’ is bogged-down. It advances a new paradigm for leadership that requires nothing less than metannoia, a total turn about in perception, preconception and I would add, misconception of the term.
