Abstract
PT. ABC is an automotive company. Its products are dies, jig assembly, checking fixture, and stamping parts & sub assembly. The main problem in companies today is the absence of a rating system and criteria of a structured assessment of training needs, so the materials given to all participants of the training is the same regardless of performance level of each operator. It also
resulted in the ineffectiveness of the training programs provided for does not match the training needs of each operator. In addition, they don’t have a structured criteria, then make operator less understood based on what they valued and they also do not know why they need training. To help solve this problem, then will be given recommendation training programs to provide assessment criteria for each position and then divided again into 3 levels of performance. Furthermore, the process of determining the
recommendation training program is doing an assessment of the entire sub assy line operators, determine the materials, methods, and qualifications of trainers. The process of making this recommendation training program is done by
conducting interviews, observations, and also study literature about the material.
The results of this recommendation is the criteria that a structured along with the division-level performance. The material provided training needs
analysis of each operator. The method is also given according to type of training and materials will be provided. Trainer can from the company's internal and external. Both internal and external companies, trainers must be able to understand the material that will transfer very well to the training program can take place effectively.
