To develop a product, we need a method to make the development well known. In this research, the writer used Quality Function Method (QFD), a
method whish is used to know about consumer needs from a product and that needs supposed to be integrated on specifications of developed product. The result is to make the product sold out at the market. There are several methods in Quality Function Development (QFD), first of all we need to identify consumer needs by collecting data using questioner and we also need to test all the data that we collect by using Statistic Analysis (Reliability and Validity test). After we know about consumer needs, we have to integrate those needs on specifications of developed product by using House of Quality, and Part Deployment. |
