Based on the law No.20 / 2003 which is concerning the national education system, national standards of education are content standards, processes, competence of graduates, staff, facilities and infrastructure, management, financial and educational assessment should be improved in a planned and in a regular basis (chapter 35, verse 1). Based on SK.232/U/2000 & SK. 045/U/2002 and SK. 045/U/2002, competency-based curriculum which should be supported are high quality resources and high quality facilities. The module is the smallest description of learning materials that will guide trainers deliver the material in an appropriate learning process in a detail. To be practical and easy to use, the module contains a description of the main subjects in accordance with learning goals that each equipped with a met had of learning media, assignment instructions, discussion, cases, exercises, and the evaluation.
