This study aims to determine correction Asymmetry Multiplier factor from similarity RWL NIOSH by using indonesian industrial man worker data at jakarta from biomechanic criteria back compressive force to determine elegibility load safe limid to lifted, physiological criteria to detects energy consumption or heart rate as objective data and psycophysical criteria from borg scale rating perceived exertion as subjective data, after that determine to setting limit safe for load to lifted from comparison between subjective and objective data. The result Study from 20 worker samples, that do lifted a load for asymmetry angle for 30 degrees, 60 degrees and 90 degrees from middle sagital area, where each asymmetry angle, worker must lifts load by 13 kg, 17 kg, 19 kg, 21 kg, 22 kg and 23 kg. After get biomechanic, physiology and psycophysical data, we will get maximal load limitation that can able to lift at every asymmetry angle, after that we can determine reduction factor for 30 degrees asymmetry angle until 60 degrees asymmetry angle and reduction factor for 60 degrees asymmetry angle until 90 degrees asymmetry angle. from that reduction factor we can find asymmetry multiplier factor for indonesian man worker for less than or equal to 60 degrees, AM= 1 - 0,002688 A and for asymmetry angle bigger than 60 degrees, AM = 1 - 0,002564 A, where A is asymmetry angle. This Multiplier factor less than standard general similarity NIOSH, AM = 1 - 0,0032 A and prove that necessary existence settings consequence differ the anthropometry data. |
