Isi artikel
ICT is currently used for two purposes in schools. Firstly, to assist in the learning of pupils. Here it is designed to provide pupils with wider experience, or with more efficient tools, than they would have had access to in a pre-computer classroom. Some of these programmes claim to enhance skills, some experiences, some deep learning, some access to information, some conceptual development. In each case the teacher is effectively the provider and the pupil the consumer of a service.
