Abstract
PT.X is a company engaged in the garment industry. The company relies heavily on human resources available. High intensity turnover is a problem currently experienced PT.X. High intensity turnover due to worker dissatisfaction. In addition to the high turnover rate, worker dissatisfaction cause too low employee productivity. Employees with low productivity levels will affect not work with the company desired. The purpose of this research is to find indicators which influence the intensity of turnover and productivity performance in accordance with the prevailing model of research and know what indicators are the most dominant or most influential indicators. Research conducted in PT.X, a company that is located at Jalan Gatot Subroto, police complex No. 81. Techniques used in making sampling based on judgmental sampling techniques. Method used in data processing is a method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software 7. The results of this study is the variable intensity of job satisfaction affects turnover by value of its parameter estimates and -0.48 job satisfaction affects employee productivity with the estimated value of parameter -0.23. The most dominant indicator of the most influential job satisfaction is skill, achievement, salary,and the kind of jobs
