Isi artikel
Alzheimer's disease, is the most common neurodegenerative disorder of the central nervous system causing dementia. First describe by German psychiatrist Alois Alzheimer in 1996, generally it is occured in people over 65 years of age, although the less prevalent early-onset Alzheimer can occur much earlier. Alzheimer's disease is onset by an overload of amyloid beta protein. Abnormal levels of amyloid beta cause cortical deterioration/cortical atrophy, neuronal loss, amyloid deposits (plaque amyloid), and neurofibrillary tangles.
