Stroke is a major leading cause of death and disability. There is a need for improving the process of stroke care. Clinical pathway is a multi-diciplinary tools for enhancing good process of medical care. Evaluating the pilot implementation of stroke clinical pathway. After before analysis. The data were obtained from 167 stroke patients (50 after teh pathway implementation and 117 prior the pathway). Some indicator process were evaluating in this study. The data were analyze descriptively.
