Isi artikelThis study aims to explore the roles of committed human capital management and individualistic-collectivistic values on sales person’s perception of organizational justice, job satisfaction, and their performance. While the important contribution of sales person on corporate performance has been widely accepted by management, as a matter of fact little attention has been given to sales person development. Sales person tends to be treated as a second class worker. Most of them are hired not as permanent employees, therefore, they are not likely to receive appropriate career path and development. Sales persons are also usually suffered from receiveing inadequate training and development. This study shows that committed human capital management and individualistic collectivistic values contribute to sales person’s perception of organizational justice and job satisfaction, while relationships with sales person’s performance are not evidence.
