Amid a tremendous transition into an economic boom, China has several issues related to business ethics practices. A case of melamine-contaminated milk products that cause health problems to many of its consumers show the lack of respect and practice on good business practice in China. The aim of this research is to look, whether there is any difference of ethics perception on three subjects: between male and female, between group of age, between professions. The method of this research is, descriptive study, done in two places: Bogor & Jakarta, using convenience sampling, numbers of respondent is 55 persons, voluntarily to involve, however, 49 pieces of returned survey valid to use for this research. However, the results are: there is no difference of ethics perception between male and female, also, there is no difference of ethics perception between group of age and professions.
