Abstract
This study aims to test the influence of organizational climate, job satisfaction and motivation on organizational commitment to IV group's employees at PT X. The researcher use questioners to test all of variables with 83 samples of IV group's employees at PT X. The researcher use non probability sampling method with sampling purposive technique to get amount of samples. Multiple linear regression Analysis give answer the mathematics formulate y = 22.784 + (-0.060)x1 + 0.592x2 + 0.505x3. The value of R square is 27.8% so it means 27.8% organizational commitment's variance could be explained by organizational climate, job satisfaction and motivation. The regression coefficient can explain that organizational climate have negative influenced on organizational commitment, job satisfaction have positive influenced on organizational commitment and motivation have positive influenced on organization commitment
