Abstract
In this world this day many people realize how important telecommunication devices which support daily activities especially internet. Not excepted on the education where access to the literatures and books which support learning system especially in the college. Internet service by university to the students and lectures might be accessed for free. Users may accessed using the mobile PC (notebook / laptop), or the other communication device such as personal digital assistant (PDA) which may connected to the access point of this wireless connection. As a service which serve with another such as support service to the users, through this research the data and information about variables which influence consumer satisfaction really expected. This research also going to measure the difference between expected service and perceived service by the consumer. We might tell that satisfaction level is a function of the difference between the expectation and perception. If perception feel to be less than expectation then the consumer going to be unsatisfied. If the perception feel to be more than expectation then the consumer going to be satisfied. Research done by taking 100 person as samples using convenience sampling method which could represent the entire population. Samples were the students came along from faculties, grades, and hotspots location on AJCU. Data analysis were done using Cartesian coordinate system and Wilcoxon signed rank test. As the result the difference between expectation and perception of the respondent could be observed. The result of these research show that even the wireless connection facility could be accessed for free, the student have not feel satisfied with the service. This condition shown on Cartesian coordinate system, the position of 22 indicator service aspect which tested were on high priority position and the result of the Wilcoxon signed rank test. That is why AJCU have to give a better service on this facility.
