Since the Government Regulation to Replace Law number 1 year 1998 being legalized by the Law No. 4 year 1998 which is replaced then by the Law No. 37 year 2004 concerning of Bankruptcy and Suspension of Obligation for Payment of Debts until now case of insolvency to bring into commerical court of Indonesia has in total less then six hundred. There are only 5 insolvency cases in average per month handled by the commercial court in ten-year period of 1998-2008. Impopularity of insolvency case during the ten-year period may be caused by for example, many parties have experienced with disappointment of insolvent decision of the commercial court; many of insolvent problems have not been solved thoroughly; length of time for court examination; and there are no definite legal enforcement in the execution of commercial-court's verdict. How come we stand up to deal with implementation of bankruptcy law and to anticipate global crisis season two?
