Noise is one of pollutants in the air environment. The sound with high intensity can disturb human and fauna in its environment. The objective of the study is to know the effect of high-intensity noise to tyroxine hormone level of mice (mus musculus). The animals used in this study were 30 female mice (mus musculus), age :2-3 months and weight : 20-30 gr. They were divided into three groups.
