The appearance of calcific masses within the dermis of scrotal skin is generally reffered to as idiopathic scrotal calcinosis. Some authors suggest that the lesions result from dystrophic calcification of epidermal cyts. A case study of a young male of 19 year old with multiple nodule at the scrotal skin is presented. The histological feature shows the existence of calcified epidermal cyst.
