This study was performed to know the effect of vitamin E administration combined with beta carotene on paracetamol hepatotoxic through interaction of biotransformation. The aim of this study was to identify the presence of decreasing hepatotoxicity of Paracetamol administration combined with vitamin E and beta carotene by measuring SGOT and SGPT levels in blood and by histopathological examination on liver tissue.
