It has been broadly known that chlorella can be used to treat protein malnutrition. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Chlorella to the protein malnutrition. The subjects were consisted of 30 male rats around 140-150 g, divided into 3 groups of 10 rats each. Water were given ad libitum to all groups. The first group was treated by 20% protein (as control), the second group : 12& protein and the third group: 12% protein and chlorella 1,2 g each day at the same time.
