The number of the Indonesian elderly population tends increase every year and the life expentancy is at present considered to be more longer than before. Because the case of fall happens rather more frequently in elderly it is of course worthwhile to be discussed more externsively in this paper. Fall is considered to be one of the geriatric giant syndrome. Some falls have either an overwhelming intrinsic or an overwhelming extrinsic cause.
