Abstract
PT IFM Graha Sarana at the earlier of her establishment in 1996 is a foreign investment company whose business are relocation services and records management services. Later on after several years operating in Indonesia, it change to be a local investment company. Once a year this company conduct a program called employee performance evaluation. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of performance evaluation process and communicating the result of performance evaluation to eagerness of employees’ motivation at PT IFM Graha Sarana. The statistical used in this research are partial correlation and linear progression to test the impact of performance evaluation process and communicating the result of performance evaluation to eagerness of employees’ motivation. It is found out based on the result of this research that there is a significant impact between the variable of performance evaluation process and communicating the result of performance evaluation to the variable of eagerness of employees’ motivation. Through the result of this research, it is suggested that performance evaluation is not conducted as a routine program only but also has to do with sincere to those who are involve. On the other hand the frequency of conducting this program could be increased by two times a year. In case the process of performance evaluation and communicating its result are properly conducted, so the employee motivation will increase. And at the end the whole company’s performance will also increase.
