The protection of intellectual property rights is one of the law enforcement agenda in indonesia which is strongly related to wither the international obligation as a member of international community or as the event of fulfilling the international trade in which intellectual properties involved in it. As a member of the WTO and WIPO, indonesia shall prevemt any infrigement of intellectual property rights. On the one hand, indonesian property rights law has been enacted and adjusted to response the rapid change in the law and technology development. On the other hand, it is hard to implement law supremacy in indonesia, because there are involved such influential factors as there is an integration system of law enforcement amongst such related institutions as custom service, commercial court and other supporting bodies.
