The immunity against infectious agent is mainly mediated and performed by the T cells and macrophages. Protein kinase C performs a very important role in carrying out cellular activity. Phorbol ester is known as a tumor promoter and is competitive with diacyl glycerol to active protein kinase C. The pseudopodia is being a mobility of the cell. Phagosomes are the membrane bound intracellular vesicle which contain phagocytozed material.
