Ultrasonic waves was unanimously agreed that it has biological warm and cavity formation effects that leads to DNA fragmentation and the formation of free radicals. All these will disrupt the chromosome and spermatogenesis processes. Vitamin C as an anti-oxidant is believed to be able to neutralize and prevent the chain reaction of the free radicals. The objective of this study is to know the effect of vitamin C to the number of spermatid of mus musculus exposed by ultrasonic wave.
