Indonesia National Health Survey reported that the prevalence of communicable diseases were wtill high, and the prevalence of non communicable disases become increase. Morbidity study 2001 showed the risk factors of non communicable diseass in Java-Bali provinces increase in 25 years age and above. The risk factors are tobacco use, alcohol consumption, physical inactive, body mass index, hip waist circumference ratio, high blood presure, fasting blood glocose and total cholesterol.
