Postpartum (puerperal) morbidity is still a public health problem in Indonesia. From several studies, there is 6%-23% postpartum morbidity. Postpartum morbidity contributes about 5%-10% of maternal mortality. The objectives of this study were 1) to identify the incidence of postpartum morbidity. 2) to identify the influence of health education on monitoring of postpartum mother. 3) to identify the influence of health education on health care postpartum mother. 4) to identify the influence of monitoring and health care mother on incidence of maternal morbidity.
