The world of cyberspace has been growing so fast over border of state jurisdiction with its different applications starting from individual activity such as chatting till business activity in banking, financial business non-banking like insurance, fund management, stock exchange, and customer care of service industry as well as many other industries. In Indonesia, application developtment of cyberspace has been indicated by the fast growing of Internet cafe in every strategic location, campus and nearby public facility such as telecomunication cafe, apart from the existence of many Internet Service Providers.
