Up to present, contrversy on the effect of MSG toward reproductive system is still a hot debate. In response to this issue, a study to know the spermatogenetic affect of MSG and its influence in decreasing number of children, in form of a post-test-control only group design was taken. Thirty five adult albino rats of LMR strain were divided into 5 groups, where 3 groups were treated groups: TG1, TG2, TG3.
