From previous works it has been conformed that hibiscus flower (Hibiscus rosa sinensis, L) has anti fertility effect on both male and female reproductive function. But up to date it is still unknown whether other part of the tree in this regard its leaf has also the same effect as those of its flowers. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of the Hibiscus leaf extract on sperm quality in vitro.
