Study on medicinal plant that predicted to have potential contraceptive agent is still holding high priority. One of the plant is luffa acutangula, R. It is said that the matured seed of the plant proved to have spermaticide effect in man. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of extract young seedless Luffa acutangula, R toward motility, viability and membrane integrity of the sperm.
