Objective: To compare the effects of operator qualification on the result of mass cataract operation. Design: Cross sectional study during mass cataract surgery period of February 1999 - March 1999 was done in regency hospitals of Rembang, Grobogan, Slawi and Sragen. The cases were senile cataractous patient 40 years old and above without another eye disorders, diabetic or severe hypertension.
