The paper discusses the concept of Space Power in Indonesian context. It started with the defintiion of Space Power which is considered as the 'little brother' of Air Power by United States military, and its comparison with Indonesian military. The 'business war' phenomenon has driven the implementation of Space Power concept in civilian space technology users, in which countries defines which are their space assets and which are others. The concept is discussed for the application of space-base telecommunication and remote sensing in South East Asia region. The paper is closed by discussing the key element for the development of a national Space Power, i.e., sustainable access to space, taking example the policies in developing countries such as India and China.
