There are efforts of states to limit production and distribution of Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD). These efforts have resulted in among others a series of bilateral, regional and multilateral agreements. The presence of forced obedient to both member and non member countries, characterizes the implementation of these agreements. Indonesia has ratified several of them, but the Missile Control Regime agreement is not yet. This paper analyzes the position of Indonesia to this agreement, based on which suggestions were formulated in support to establishing the policy of Indonesia vis-a-vis this agreement.
