Abstract
The X Zoological Park was one of the zoo that was foremost in Jakarta. The zoo that the width reached ± 135 Ha, was the entertainment facility for community who would like to spend their holiday in open space. The number of places of the more interesting holiday, could reduce the interest of the visitor in coming to the X Zoological Park. Stakeholders of the zoo is the important part of an organisation. The X Zoological Park at this time measuring their performance only from the financial point of view, did not see from that were needed and wanted by stakeholders. The identification of the stakeholders’ expectation has been accomplished by questionnaires given to the stakeholders who are visitors, merchants, and employees; meanwhile, the BudPar has been accomplished by an expectation interview. Presently, the strategy, the process, the capability, and the contribution formulation have been completed. The Pairwise Comparison Matrix is utilized to identify the weight from each indicator. After the weight has been obtained and the performance calculation has been carried out, The X Zooological Park’s performance can be identified. Results of questionnaire data processing showed that the important indicator of visitor’s stakeholder is percentage vaksin that given to the animals,, then the important indicator of second stakeholder is percentage of field that can make for shop. For the government stakeholder, the important indicator is percentage of trainee for the promotion division, and for the last, employee stakeholder has the importance thing is percentage Of facility using automatic system.
