Based on the Discussion(FGD) in topic of developing SD indicators for Central Java Province, writer try to analyze the level of understanding the Sustainable Concept and the chance to implement Sustainable Concept in Semarang City. The understanding of the participants is in a wide range, and all of NGOs understand the importance of environmental sustainability and equality amongs the development’s stakeholders. NGO’s, as a facilitator between community and government/businessman, has an important role to socialize SD concept and implement SD.
