The primary function of the Human Resources Department (HRD) is to provide a professional service that enables an institution and its employees to meet the company overall objectives. The HRD should provide certain services. The objective of this study is to identify the employees awareness of HRD at Paramadina University. The survey was conducted at Paramadina University using descriptive analysis methods. The study shows that although 100% of the respondents have already known the HRD's existence but they do not recognize the services given. Most of the respondent visited HRD for insurance sake rather that trying to find out other benefits.
