Web robots are a recent concept that has captured the interests of researchers and developers. This paper describes a test bed of a multi-user robot arm over the Internet. The multi-user robot arm has an attached camera and uses a commercial process control server as the Internet server and connected to multiple users via the Internet using TCP. Different control modes for the robot including open loop control can be tried and a result has been obtained.
