The connection concept of autonomy is very close related with democracy, where the region government can push the society to develop the attempt of their self to take a decision of their requirement's in the region it self. Public services in Indonesia need to be removed completely and able to touch to all matter of dimension. Therefore the reformation of public services will be able to improve the performance.
