Company’ performance is completely determined by its human resources. Human resources hold significant role for increasing company productivity. Human resources management needs to develop quality and their staffs performance.Regarding to that point, it needs a system which is able to control the performance assessment which is done periodically and objectively in order to get feedback toward the activity carried out by all staffs. Reffering to the statements above, we need to be concerned towards the factors that bring effect to the staff performance, such as competence and compesation factors. Based on the observation and research carried out at PT Askrindo Jakarta, it is found that competence and compensation are able to bring effect to the staffs performance. The research is aimed to analyze the effect of competence and compesation towards the staff performanceat PT Askrindo Jakarta, using the method of survey. After the research and analysis was completed, the result showed that competence has positive and significant effect towatd staffs performance at PT Askrindo. Compesation brings positive and significant effect toward staffs performance at PT. Askrindo. Comptence and compesation, simultaneously bring positive and significant influence toward the staffs performance at PT Askrindo. Thus the conclusion is that competence and compesation the staffs at PT Askrindo should be improved. |
