PT Bank Xyz is a commercial bank which most of shares owned by Chinatrust Commercial Bank which is located in Taiwan, established since 1996 and perform a routine performance evaluation for for their staff in yearly basis. Beside that, the management also perform mid yaer performance evaluation to measure the achievement in first half year. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of performance evaluation and support of performance evaluation toward the job satisfaction based on employee perception of PT Bank XYZ. The statistical method which test the impact of performance evaluation toward the job satisfaction. The result of this research shown that there is an significant impact between performance evaluation and support of performance evaluation toward the job satisfaction. Therefore, it is suggested that process of performance evaluation will a gignificant impact to the job satisfaction. If the job satisfaction is high, the labor turn over will decrease, which will result to the lower expense of recruitment and staff training |
