Isi artikelThis study was conducted to know whether a relationship exists between the organizational environment and the employees' discipline, besides, to know the relationship between aspects of organizational climate and employees' discipline, such as quality of leadership, the distinct goals of the organization, fairness of compensation, responsibility and trust, participation, and communication. Random sampling technique was used ot study non - academic employees of surabaya university (N = 77). Data of work discipline were gathered and rated by two raters who are the head of the sub - unit division and a senior employee, while the data of the organizational environment were gathered through a questionnaire given to each employee. This questionanire consists of 29 statements. The data were analysed with the pearson product moment correlation, anareg and partial correlation. Results show the whole organizational climate significantly correlates with the employees' discipline.
