Abstract
This research tested the effect of early recruitment practices strategies and firm reputation to the quantity and quality pool applicant by surveying a sample of 42 participant companies of a recruitment road show held in a private university in Jakarta. Results from multiple regression showed that general recruitment advertising and firm reputation was positively significant effected to quantity pool applicant. Sponsorship was not positively effected to quality pool applicant, but its was negatively significant effected to quantity. Then, we found that details recruitment advertising was not positively but negatively effected to quantity and quality pool applicant. Chow test demonstrated that there were not difference quantity and quality pool applicant between firm that have reputation with no reputation.
