Isi artikelFor a long time, green-coconut water has been commonly used as beverage, alternative medicine, and basic material for industry. Due to the fact that coconut water is now in great use, a research is needed to examine the quality of coocnut water. This research aims to determine the quality of coconut water based on general difference of coocnuts, age group of coconuts (A: 8-9 months of age, B: 10-11 months of age, and C: 12-13 months of age).
