Amidst the fight against crime, which is plentiful in terms of type, quantity and quality, public in Indonesia have concern about law enforcement. News on corruption and bribery accusation against members of the law enforcement apparatus has been covered by various media. The so-called justice mafia is under intensive attack; because of the view that court decisions can be bought and arranged. It appears that law can be played with, it can be twisted, and even that it serves only those of high social standing.
